Nous avons fait appel à l’entreprise Marni qui a repris l’entreprise Colomba à Cernay pour repérer le passage de la fibre en vu du passage de SFR. La prestation était annoncée à 150€. Malgré un 2eme passage, la facture a été de 389,40€. Bien que nous ayons demandé à plusieurs reprises des explications sur cette facturation, aucune réponse ne nous a été apporté. Le travail a été réalisé certes mais la gestion commerciale du client est à revoir.

We called on the Marni company, which had taken over the Colomba company in Cernay, to locate the fiber optic cable routing in preparation for the SFR upgrade. The service was advertised at €150. Despite a second visit, the bill was €389.40. Although we repeatedly asked for an explanation of this billing, we received no response. The work was certainly completed, but the client's business management needs to be reviewed.

Matériel non adéquat et absence de sécurité jette leurs détritus dans les trous c'était une vrai mine d'or d'ordure à récupérer merci pour ce service que j’ai payé et qui laisse fortement à désiré dernière fois chez vous. A FUIRR !
